Scope
This document explains what information may be processed when using a mobile application on iOS, how it is used, shared, and protected. The text intentionally avoids naming any specific app or publisher. By using the application, you agree to the practices described below.
Information That May Be Processed
1) Information you provide
- Content you submit in the app (e.g., text, media, preferences), support messages.
- In‑app purchase metadata (transaction identifiers, status). Payment credentials are handled by the platform store and are not stored by the app.
2) Information collected automatically
- Device and app data (model, iOS version, app version, language, region, time zone).
- Diagnostics and usage (events, interaction timestamps, crash logs, performance metrics).
- Approximate location derived from device settings or network information when required by features you choose to use.
- Precise location only with explicit system permission and only for features that require it. You can change permissions in device settings.
3) iOS identifiers and permissions
The app respects system privacy settings including App Tracking Transparency (ATT). The Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is accessible only with consent.
SDK & Third‑Party Services
The app may use integrations for push notifications and attribution. These services operate under their own privacy policies:
- OneSignal — delivers push notifications and processes device tokens, delivery status, and aggregated metrics. Policy: onesignal.com/privacy_policy
- Adjust — provides install/event attribution and campaign measurement, handling identifiers (e.g., IDFA with consent) and technical device data. Policy: adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy
Data sharing with these partners is limited to notification delivery, attribution analytics, and quality improvements. Processors act under contract, apply appropriate safeguards, and use data only as instructed by the app.
Disclosures
- Where required by law or legal request.
- To protect rights, user safety, the public, or service integrity, and to investigate misuse.
- In case of service restructuring or transfer, with appropriate safeguards.
Legal Bases and Your Choices
- Performance of a contract — to deliver requested app functionality.
- Legitimate interests — security, diagnostics, and quality improvements (balanced against user rights).
- Consent — optional features (e.g., precise location, push notifications, personalized attribution/ads). Consent can be withdrawn in device and/or in‑app settings.
- Legal obligations — compliance with applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, obtain portable copies, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Requests can be made using the in‑app feedback or support mechanism (for example, “Settings → Help & Feedback”). Platform privacy controls (including iOS ATT) are respected.
Opt‑out and retention
- You may delete the app to stop collection by the app and disable optional permissions in device settings.
- Information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law or for dispute resolution and enforcement.
Security
Technical and organizational measures are used to help protect information (encryption in transit, access controls, least‑privilege). No system is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed to children where local law requires parental consent. Personal information from children is not knowingly collected. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. Updates take effect when made available within the app. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
Contact
For privacy requests or inquiries, use the feedback or support mechanism available within the app. If a dedicated channel for data subject requests is provided, use that channel.
